Delete your Novenas account

You can delete your account from Settings in the app. You can also request deletion by email:

support@hatchi.io

Subject: Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your Novenas account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information
• Your prayer progress and history
• Your preferences and settings
• Other data associated with your account

We will process your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days of receiving it.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play.
