For the Pope and the Church
Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Opening Prayer
O God, who through the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul have given us the first fruits of Your faith, grant, through their intercession, that Your Church may always remain faithful to her divine mission of salvation.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
Meditation
Peter was chosen by Christ to be the rock on which He would build His Church. 'You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church.' The Pope continues Peter's ministry of shepherding Christ's flock.
We pray for the Holy Father and for the Church entrusted to his care.
Prayer
St. Peter, first Pope and Rock of the Church, pray for our Holy Father and for the whole Church. Protect her from error and guide her in truth.

Prayer to Sts. Peter and Paul
O holy Apostles Peter and Paul, pillars of the Church, you gave your lives for Christ in Rome. Obtain for us a living faith that confesses Christ boldly and a love that labors tirelessly for the Gospel.
Our Father
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Glory Be
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
Sts. Peter and Paul, pray for us. Amen.
