Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help

Prayer to Our Lady

O Mother of Perpetual Help, behold me, a wretched sinner, prostrate at your feet. I have recourse to you and trust in you. O Mother of Mercy, have pity on me. I hear all men call you the refuge and the hope of sinners; be, then, my refuge and my hope.

Assist me, for the love of Jesus Christ; stretch forth your hand to me, a miserable fallen creature. I recommend myself to you; I place myself under your protection. What will you do, O most compassionate Mother? Will you reject me? I cannot think so. Therefore I come with full confidence, recommending to you the graces I need, and especially [mention your request].
