Opening Prayer
O God, who gave us in Saints Louis and Zélie Martin a model of faithful married love and Christian parenthood, grant through their intercession that families may grow in holiness and be faithful to their baptismal calling.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Louis and Zélie Martin are the first married couple in Church history to be canonized together. Their marriage was a true partnership in faith, where both spouses helped each other grow in holiness.
